I feel sorry for the neighbors and I'm not surprised that who ever owns the property wants to get rid of it. It would cost half the value of the home just to gut it and get rid of all that crap!
This wasn't done by the owner. It was an "Art Project" done by some insane "artist" named Nikolay Synkov who is part of the Fermata Arts Foundation. Apparently it took four years and a team of six to totally ruin this house.
Is this a joke? Look up this house in Zillow... the person that owned this house must have been either senile or insane. Just about every square inch of this house has some form of amateur DIY decorating, including the ceilings, floors and even the garage. Crazy house!
