The entire staff is warm and upbeat. Travis is always cognicent of the limits I can tolorate but still manages to push me enough for progress.
Emily is the best. After seeing my primary care phys., an osteopathic doc, and two other phys. therapists with ZERO success, Emily was the only one with the expertise to immediately diagnose my problem (strained Quadratus Lumborum) and provide a course of treatment that has resulted in measurable improvement.
I worked in the ski industry for almost 20 years as an instructor before retiring. I still ski recreationally and need to be in condition as an older woman to do so. I was having back problems and pain in my leg and saw Travis to see if he could help. He took great care with assessment and I am happy to say he was "spot on". I felt markedly better after two sessions and some home work and look forward to continued improvement.

Came to Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine center to try physical therapy instead of the cortisone shot for a rotator cuff injury. The therapist took my DVD of my X-ray and notes from orthopedic surgeon and listened carefully to what had happened and what my limitations were. He was very careful with my range of motions when testing my ability to move, and had me demonstrate what I could and could not do. After my first visit I could do movements that I had been unable to to at all for weeks. The exercises I was given enabled me to achieve measurable increased movement in the first two days of doing the at home! one. I am so pleased with the progress I have made. Appointments are made easily, the physical therapists and office staff are very kind, and the office has easy access.
