FRIENDLY, HELPFUL STAFF....UNBELIEVABLE SELECTION OF PRODUCTS. I can't say enough about this store. I was a WBU customer when we lived in Michigan, but hadn't seen it here in CT until last year. No matter who is working, the staff is soooo helpful, friendly, patient (with my endless questions) and absolutely interested in helping you make the best selection for your birding needs with respect to your yard/deck/house's configurations. I also subscribe to their frequent customer program (can't remember what it's called) that gets customers a discounted price on seed and everything else (I think!). And then after you spend a certain dollar amount, you get a $10 bonus coupon. They help carry items to the car, take apart their bird feeder models so you can see how to do it yourself, and they give back to the community. Great products, great staff, great place.
