This is a great location and store. They really treat you with respect and don’t try to sell you something you’re not looking for. And when I came back in after buying an engagement ring they asked me how it went and were genuinely happy for me. Totally recommending this place to anyone that needs any kind of jewelry.

We can’t say enough good things about this jeweler! We bought my engagement ring here earlier this year and Tim was so helpful and patient as we picked the perfect one. He went above and beyond to find us the best diamond, too! We were so thrilled with the service that we bought both of our wedding bands here as well. We lucked out and got the less expensive band for free due to a wedding band promotion this summer! Ken, the manager, helped us find the perfect bands for both of us. We go to this location often to get our rings cleaned and every time we walk in we are warmly greeted, often by name. This is where we go for everything now! Jewelry purchases, cleaning, and even watch battery replacements! We are so appreciative of Tim and Ken :)
Not long ago, we has the great blessing of working with Tim Connors at Michaels Jewelers to fulfill a long-held dream for Susan, my wife of 44 years, and myself. When medical staff had to cut off my wedding ring for fear of a swelling ring finger due to a broken arm, we replaced both of our original wedding bands so they would match. Because of Tim, these original wedding bands that had sat in a jewelry box for years, were transformed in a way we couldn't imagine when he suggested a new idea for their use. Through the imagination, involvement and skill of Tim Connors, who even consulted with us in our home, and the crafters at Michaels Jewelers, the two wedding bands were joined together into two stunning hearts of white gold, sustaining much of their original characteristics and shaped into two joined hearts from their original circle shape. What had been placed on our hands forty-four years ago were now transformed into a beautiful anniversary pendant adorning my wife's neck with a beautiful chain, renewing through the gift of creative jewelry design, our marital commitment to one another. Many thanks to the great assistance and creative imagination of Tim Connors and the skilled craftspersons at Michaels Jewelers for making this dream come true!
