We just converted from a tub to a walk in shower and couldn't be more thrilled! The system is easy to clean and the installers were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took extra steps to protect my new hardwood floors. The company sent pictures of the salesman and installers so we would know who was going to be entering our home. Just an example of the extra steps they take to insure I felt safe and relaxed. We just had CareFree remove our old old claw foot tub and install a beautiful large shower stall. Our home was built back in 1850, so there were a few issues with plaster walls, uneven floor,etc. The other problems were a very very small bathroom and a large window that they had to work Around. They did an absolutely fantastic job!! CareFree's staff were amazing, efficient, professional and friendly. Any questions we had, they took the time to answer, And address our concerns. We LOVE our new shower!!!!!

Signed up for estimate. Was told they would send me info and picture of technician prior. Reached out to them because I hadn't received anything and today is the day they are supposed to come out. Was told they tried to call me. I have no missed calls on my cell phone and it sits right here on my desk with me at work. Then was told they called assessor's office looking for our place and were told it didn't exist. I cancelled appointment due to fact that this was all weird and actually today not the best day to do this. Was sort of looking forward to it but the phone call that never happened and looking into see if we own our house, Trust, Lies. Sort of nervous to do business starting out like this.
