I used to go to a different dentist in West Hartford, but after feeling guilty that I didn't do enough for my teeth (despite brushing twice a day, flossing and rinsing once), and the new cavities that came with each visit, I decided to look elsewhere. I heard Dr. Rosenfeld's slogan "we cater to cowards" on the radio and decided to give him a try. What a difference!
Dr. Rosenfeld performs all the work himself (including cleanings), he uses the newest technology like lasers instead of drills (which eliminate all pain), is very aware of my comfort and does everything to make my visits as comfortable as possible. Somehow, without any change in care, my teeth no longer need work every visit. And the one time they have, he didn't make me come back, but rather performed it on the spot.
