My mother's car battery died in a nearby parking lot. Rob graciously had someone jump the battery and got the car over to be serviced. I am extremely grateful and glad to know that good customer service still exists. The staff was pleasant and quick.
Very poor customer service. I arrived an hour before closing on a Saturday. There was no one attending the desk to check in or ask if they had time to do an oil change. I waited 20 min but still saw no one. I left, and will not be back again.
I have taken both my wife's car and mine there for various thing such as breaks, transmission fluid flush and filter change, as well as your basic oil change. I have had nothing but the best experience there. The service staff were all very friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and most importantly... honest. I feel very confident taking my cars there and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend this place.
