The staff was so friendly and attentive. I always knew that they "pick you up" but I didn't know that they would drop you off as well. Upon returning the car that I had rented, I was immediately asked if I needed a ride back home. It was such a nice surprise. Great customer service!!!
Hassle-free. Car was waiting for me when I arrived at the auto body shop and I drove off with it a bit later. Upon returning, they provided a lift back to the shop. Everyone there was extremely helpful and worked with my insurance to make everything easy as could be on my end.
The staff at this store was wonderfully helpful and cooperative. We even purchased the gas refill which was priced at about $0.30 lower per gallon than surrounding gas stations! If we ever go back to Connecticut, we will absolutely use this Enterprise store again!
