I have purchased seven cars from O’Neill’s over the past 20 years. Their service department is unparalleled. They have knowledgeable, good sales people. You have to negotiate but so do they. All in all, I would never go to another dealer. They make you feel like a real customer and a member of the family.
Everyone there was so helpful and honest and had great suggestions on how to work with our situation. Took time to explain all the details and features we weren't aware of. Very dedicated to us and will definitely reccomend to our friends and anyone else. Will also be back for a second vehicle when the time comes.
I worked with Jeff Borges and the rest of the sales team in buying my first car. The staff was friendly and willing to work with me in terms of times to test drive, and with the actual negotiation of the vehicle and how I could pay. They were able to secure a low rate, and get me in a new car within a week of my test drive. I would definitely recommend popping in and seeing a few vehicles. I worked with Courtney Roberts and it was such a lovely experience working with her. Her energy is so great, very good person to work with and answered all the questions me and my lady had about a vehicle. She even had warheads at her desk. Haven't seen those in forever.
